EASTHAMPTON - Throughout the week, the Phillips Academy coaching staff worked diligently in its attempts to gather as much information as possible on Trinity-Pawling and, in particular, running back Quendel Ellison. But what the coaches saw on paper in no way did justice to what transpired at Sawyer Field yesterday.

Nobles Defeats Gunnery in 2007 DelPrete-Theobold Bowl

A "NOBLES" VICTORY: Junior quarterback McCallum Foote completed 17-of-22 passes for 287 yards and four touchdowns as Nobles belted the Gunnery School, 42-12, in the NEPSAC DelPrete-Theobold Bowl.
Foote, who finished the season with 22 touchdown passes, shared the wealth among his three senior receivers. Jonah Fay caught five passes for 73 yards and one touchdown; Nick Resor hauled in six passes for 74 yards and two touchdowns; and Patrick Noone snared five balls for 73 yards and one touchdown.
2007 Hopkins Football Wins Samson-Lorden Bowl
Hopkins 28, Wilbraham and Munson 24
John Powers's 28-yard strike to wide receiver Jim Perkins with 2:29 remaining propelled Hopkins (9-0) to its second straight NEPSAC championship in the Samson-Lorden Bowl in West Hartford.
Powers completed 5 of 10 passes for 74 yards. His connection with Perkins came just 2:20 after

Field Hockey, Boys' Soccer Garner NEPSAC Championship Titles, Football Wins Austin Bowl
November 19, 2007 was a banner weekend for KUA athletics, with three teams taking home top honors in NEPSAC championship games.
KUA hosted the NEPSAC Division C Field Hockey semi-finals and finals on November 17 and 18. On Saturday they posted a 4-1 victory over the Gunnery School and then sealed the championship title on Sunday with a 4-0 victory over long-time rival Holderness School. This is the 5th time in a decade that KUA has won the NEPSAC championship.
