PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEOGRAPHY POLICY
NEPSAC competitions, tournaments, and other events are presented to further the educational mission of our member schools, and for the entertainment of our students, families and friends. In order to preserve the non-commercial, educational nature of these events, and in order to protect the rights of privacy of our students, staff, and attendees, commercial photography and videography at any NEPSAC event without express written consent from NEPSAC is prohibited. Violators of this policy will be subject to immediate ejection from the premises and will be barred from attending future NEPSAC events.
NEPSAC is the owner of the rights to and the copyright holder of all NEPSAC audio-visual work, which includes all still photographs taken of NEPSAC events, all film, videotape and audiotape of NEPSAC events and the live audio and visual broadcasts of NEPSAC-sponsored events. The NEPSAC Media Credential provides access to postseason competition and NEPSAC showcases only.
Members of the media must contact the NEPSAC member school if there is a request to attend regular season competition.
